Getting to Know ArcGIS

In this tutorial, you will continue where you left off in Tutorial 1.1 Download Data from a Public Source. You should have downloaded the shapefiles from the Humboldt County website. The files included the Humboldt County boundary, fire districts, election precincts, and school districts. All of the data should have been downloaded and extracted into your originals folder.

For this tutorial, you will need a working copy of ArcGIS Desktop installed on your computer.
